The most popular is probably the Austin Zoo and Animal Sanctuary. Crowe's Nest would be the second most popular. And last but not least, the Capital of Texas Zoo is located on the out-skirts of Austin, but well within range for a short visit. Capital of Texas Zoo Open Daily (Including Holidays) 9:00 am-5:00 pm weekdays; 9:00am-6:00pm weekends & Holidays. Winter Hours: Rest of the Year; open daily, including Holidays, weather permitting. 10am-4pm weekdays; 10am-5pm weekends & Holidays.
